Syreeta “Sy” Mitchell is a dealmaker, ecosystem architect, and hospitality-bred powerhouse on a mission to expand what’s possible for underrepresented entrepreneurs and the cities they call home.

A proud Dallas native and alumna of the University of Houston Conrad Hilton College, Sy blends the precision of commercial banking with the heart of hospitality and the hustle of a serial entrepreneur. Her career bridges capital advisory, commercial lending, business insurance, real estate development, and small business acceleration, giving founders and partners a rare guide who knows how to move projects from concept to capital to completion.

Sy has structured multi-million-dollar lending deals, launched high-impact startups, built community-centered innovation spaces, and led philanthropic initiatives that fuel upward mobility.
